These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Beeyond Zero (the "Platform", "we", "us"), operated by BEEYONDZERO TECHIIES. By creating an account, purchasing a course, or registering for a webinar, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must provide accurate information when signing up and are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Course material is provided in PDF format for your personal, non-commercial, non-transferable use only. Purchasing a course grants you a limited license to view the material through the Platform's viewer — it does not transfer ownership or copyright of the content.
You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, publicly share, or upload course material to any other platform or person. Every viewing session displays your account email as a visible, moving watermark on the material specifically so that any copy which is shared or leaked can be traced back to the account it came from. Sharing your account or its content with others is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension without refund.
All course prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely by one of our supported third-party payment partners — Razorpay, Cashfree, or CCAvenue, whichever you select at checkout; we do not store your card, UPI, or bank account details on our servers. Access to a course is unlocked automatically once your payment is verified.
Webinar registration is free unless stated otherwise at the time of registration. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a webinar; registrants will be notified using the email address provided at registration.
Refund eligibility for course purchases is governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
You agree not to: attempt to bypass or interfere with the Platform's access controls or watermarking; upload malicious code; use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; or attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or admin systems.
All course content, webinars materials, branding, and the Platform's software remain the property of Beeyond Zero or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you beyond the limited license in Section 2.
The Platform and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beeyond Zero shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
