Delivery Policy

Beeyond Zero sells exclusively digital products (online courses delivered as in-browser PDF material and free webinar registrations). Nothing is physically shipped, so there are no shipping charges, physical delivery addresses, or courier timelines involved in any purchase.

1. Course Access Delivery

• Once your payment is successfully verified, the course is unlocked instantly on your account.
• You can access it any time by logging in and going to Services, or directly from your account's course page.
• Access does not expire — once purchased, a course remains available on your account indefinitely, subject to our Terms & Conditions.

2. If Access Doesn't Appear

In rare cases (e.g. a network interruption right after payment), a successful payment may not immediately reflect as unlocked access. If this happens:

1. Wait a few minutes and refresh the course page.
2. If it's still not unlocked, contact us via the Contact Us page with your payment/transaction ID (from Razorpay, Cashfree, or CCAvenue, whichever you paid with) — our team manually verifies and activates such payments.

3. Webinars

Registering for a webinar does not involve any product delivery. Joining details are shared with the email address you registered with, ahead of the scheduled session.
