This Privacy Policy explains what information Beeyond Zero ("we", "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Platform, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: name, email address, and password (stored as a one-way hash, never in plain text).
• Purchase & enrollment records: which courses you bought, order/payment status, and amount paid.
• Webinar registrations: name and email address for any webinar you register for.
• Contact form submissions: name, email, and message content you choose to send us.
• Technical data: session cookies used to keep you logged in, and standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps).

We do not collect or store your card, UPI, or bank account details. All payment information is entered directly into your chosen payment partner's secure checkout — Razorpay, Cashfree, or CCAvenue — and never passes through our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and process course purchases.
• To grant and verify access to courses you've purchased.
• To display your account email as a visible watermark on course material while you view it, so purchased content can be traced back to the account it was issued to and cannot be freely redistributed.
• To send you confirmations, updates about your webinar registrations, and respond to messages you send us.
• To maintain the security and integrity of the Platform.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share the minimum necessary data with:

• Razorpay, Cashfree, or CCAvenue (whichever payment gateway you choose at checkout) — to process your payment and verify transaction status.
• Service providers who help us operate the Platform (e.g. hosting), bound by confidentiality obligations.
• Law enforcement or regulators, only where required by law.

4. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. This cookie does not track you across other websites. Disabling cookies in your browser will prevent you from logging in.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and purchase records for as long as your account is active, or as needed to comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your account as described below.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us via the Contact Us page. Note that we may retain certain records (e.g. payment history) where required by law.

7. Data Security

Passwords are stored using industry-standard one-way hashing. Access to course material is restricted to authenticated, entitled sessions. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

8. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
